With more than 15 years of professional experience, Ms Blattner has administered a property management portfolio of over 10 million square feet of retail, office/industrial space, and Property Owner’s Associations (POAs). Her clients have included LNR Partners, Torchlight, CW Capital, Teachers’ Pension Fund, GE Capital, CIII Capital Partners, and Colony Capital. Ms Blattner also worked closely with court-appointed receivers to stabilize nonperforming assets, and served as Executive Regional Vice President for Integris Realty Services, and as a Regional Property Manager with Commerce TNP in Las Vegas.
In early 2015, Stacy established the Property Management Division of Community Vision, Inc. Through this initiative, Ms Blattner is looking forward to blending her significant skills and expertise with the most advanced online technologies to ensure enhanced operational efficiencies, and subsequent cost savings for her clients
Ms Koegel has over 25 years of property management and corporate accounting experience, which has included management of joint ventures, acquisitions, banking, fixed asset management, development cost accounting, property taxes, inter-company transactions, budgeting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. She also has been instrumental in many financial and property management system implementations and migrations, and has been responsible for new software and processes, maintaining a commitment to automation for enhanced profitability.
Before Community Vision, Inc. Ms Koegel held the position of Acting Controller for Integris Capital Group, where she created accounting systems, policies, procedures, and internal financial controls. In California, Ms Koegel was with The Abbey Company, a property management company with a portfolio of over 64 properties—over 6.0 million square feet, and about 1,400 units of office, industrial, and retail spaces. Her purview included all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, while leading a 15-member accounting department.
With over 30 years of experience in systems development, technology deployment, and executive management and holding C-level in positions in diverse industries Mr Blattner has demonstrated a unique ability to migrate and repurpose existing operational technologies. His track record at the corporate level includes a number of operational efficiencies, as well as giving many organizations a major competitive advantage. For example, in the direct-to-consumer/infomercial industry, Mr Blattner was the first to apply cutting-edge online analytical processing (OLAP) database technology, which – for the first time – allowed direct response television (DRTV) marketing organizations to uncover unprofitable broadcast timeslots and geographies missed by their competitors. That technology created a significant competitive edge and helped grow one DRTV company to over a $100 million annual run rate (from $0) in less than 18 months.
Mr Blattner also personally developed the underlying core computing technology (Patents 8521586 and 7636672) to support a system and method for delivering customized advertisements within interactive communication systems. Today, these process patents are some of the most often cited for targeted internet banner delivery.
