We understand that accurate and comprehensive account reporting is vital to real estate owners and investors. Community Vision, Inc. (CVI) prepares monthly financial reporting packages for your review and utilization to assist with decisions regarding your property.

We utilize top-of-the-line Yardi software, and report on a cash basis. These reports are available in Excel format, should you need to upload into another software package, and by utilizing your Client Portal, you will have access to your financial reports at any time, including historical reports, and any other documents you provide that you would like to keep together.

Additionally, we provide the following:

• Creation of annual operating budgets
• Quarterly review of actual results versus budgeted estimations
• Annual common area reconciliations
• Purchase order and vendor invoice approvals, check disbursements and reconciliation
• Lease administration – to ensure your tenants are compliant with their leases

• Monthly rental billings – monthly statements are sent as a courtesy, as well as being available on the Tenant Portal for easy access.
• Rent collections, delinquency review and eviction management, should that be necessary
• Refinancing and disposition assistance, including estoppel preparation, and provision of historical and financial data
• 1099 record keeping and reporting
• Property tax appeals
