Ms Blattner is a well-known and well respected member of the commercial property management community in Las Vegas.

With more than 15 years of experience, she began her career in commercial real estate in Itasca, Illinois, working as the executive assistant to the Senior Asset Manager at Hamilton Partners, Inc. In 2004, she relocated to Las Vegas to become the Operations Manager of MDL Group, where she held responsibility for property management, leasing, marketing, and tenant retention across all asset classes of the portfolio.

During her career, her responsibilities have included overseeing a property management portfolio of over 10 million square feet of retail, office/industrial space, and Property Owner’s Associations (POA). Her clients have ranged from individual investors to large financial institutions, including LNR Partners, Torchlight, CW Capital, Teachers’ Pension Fund, GE Capital, CIII Capital Partners and Colony Capital. Through the domestic economic downturn, Ms Blattner also worked closely with court-appointed receivers to stabilize non-performing assets for her clients. Most recently, Ms Blattner served as Regional Vice President at Integris Realty Services, and also as a Regional Property Manager with Commerce TNP in Las Vegas.
