Ms Koegel comes to Community Vision, Inc. with exceptional credentials. She brings over 25 years of property management and corporate accounting experience to the table, which has included all aspects of corporate financial accounting. Her expertise is broad, and includes the management of joint ventures, acquisitions, banking, fixed asset management, development cost accounting, property taxes, inter‐company transactions, budgeting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. She has also been instrumental in implementing and migrating many financial and property management systems.

Ms Koegel is solution-oriented with a strong focus toward bottom-line results. Throughout her financial career she has demonstrated effective leadership in corporate finance and company start-ups. She is a creative problem-solver with an ability to establish rapport and credibility with diverse groups – these are critical skills in the commercial real estate arena. During her professional history, she has, on many occasions, also been responsible for the implementation of new software and processes, and became committed to the use of automation in the financial arena to enhance profitability.
